Put This Winter in a Whole New League

We’ve revamped our Pioneer Race League team race series to make it more fun and exciting for all skill levels. The series consists of nine races – six Giant Slalom (GS), one Slalom (SL) and two Super Giant Slalom (SG) courses. Each race will be videoed and replayed in the Tavern afterwards. We have revised the team sizes from 10 people per team down to 5 so it is easy to create your own team. If you don’t have a team, we will help you join one.

We’ve changed the scoring so that every person and every team has a chance to score maximum points and win. We’ve added points for participation. And there will be bonus points available to your team during the after-race get togethers in the Tavern! It doesn’t matter if you’re old or young, fast or slow, snowboarding or skiing, you and your teammates will have fun competing with each other and against the other teams.

And, new this year, we will have coaching and race training low-cost clinics available immediately prior to each race. We are offering a free race training clinic the first week so you can check it out.

Pioneer Race League registration includes the full-day lift ticket on the scheduled Monday race days as well as two race runs per week. To help you get the most from your season, the Pioneer Race Series publishes weekly results and provides access to all kinds of après specials, and an end-of-the-season party and prizes.
