Where Competition Meets Camaraderie

Gaining ski skills and sportsmanship are just part of what kids love about joining the King Pine Race Team. What really keeps them coming back year after year is the companionship this season-long program provides.

KING PINE RACE TEAM

For Ages U8–U14

King Pine’s weekend training program is for skiers who are dedicated to improving their alpine skiing and racing skills.

U8: U8s train and work on skill fundamentals every Saturday and Sunday plus three days during each of the Christmas and President’s Week holidays.

U8 Rate: $850 (The program does not include lift access. A lift ticket or season pass will be required by all participants and must be purchased in addition to the cost of the program.)

U10 to U14: Skiers train to compete in USSA races sponsored by NHARA (New Hampshire Alpine Racing Association www.nhara. org) based on age and ability and this program travels to other mountains to compete against local race clubs at times throughout the winter. Training is held on Saturdays and Sundays – except when the team is away at races – plus three days during both the Christmas and President’s Week holidays.

U10 to U14 Rate: $1,394 (The program does not include lift access. A lift ticket or season pass will be required by all participants and must be purchased in addition to the cost of the program.)

High School Race Training: This option is appropriate for those High School athletes who would like additional training to improve their skills. High School Racers will train with the U16 athletes and receive 12 days of training. The program takes place on Saturdays and Sundays beginning December 28th and ending February 18th plus December 27th and 29th . There will be four non-training days during this period when U10 through U16 athletes are away at races.

High School Race Training Rate: $568 (The program does not include lift access. A lift ticket or season pass will be required by all participants and must be purchased in addition to the cost of the program.)

Please note that USSA and NHARA dues, competition entry fees, and a King Pine season pass are not included in the program fees. A lift ticket or season pass will be required by all participants and must be purchased in addition to the cost of the program. An appropriate signed Release of Liability, registration form, and payment must be submitted prior to the start of the program.
