King Pine Snowboard Team - Ages 8+
KP Snowboard Team 2009/10 Season Wrap-up - May 4, 2010

Mission:
The King Pine Snowboard Team strives to create an environment that reinforces the development of positive character trait values, motivates participants and coaches to learn new skills, and improve all aspects of their level of riding.
- All participants will be expected to exemplify positive character traits that reflect respect for themselves, other participants, team coaches, and the public and facilities with which the team will interact. Team coaches are certified professional instructors who enjoy and have years of experience working with kids and being positive role models.
- This program is a competitive component of the King Pine Snow Sports School. The team will compete in up to 14 United States of America Snowboard Association (USASA) events during the 2010/11 season. The team primarily competes in the Eastern Region New Hampshire Series. Through USASA competition, preseason goal setting, and by constantly revisiting and revising those goals, participants will be motivated to reach their potential as riders. For more information about USASA, please go to www.USASA.org.
- This program is designed for participants to compete in the disciplines of Giant Slalom, Slalom, Boarder X, and Slopestyle. The program will diligently attempt to provide a balance of technical skills, free riding, and gate training so that measurable improvements can be seen in the performance of participants throughout the season.
